Todd L. Stevenson was born in Oskaloosa, Iowa. He graduated from Buena Vista University in 1987, magna cum laude. Mr. Stevenson thereafter attended the University of Iowa and received his Juris Doctorate in 1990, with distinction.

He is a member of the Dubuque County, Iowa State (Litigation and Environmental and Natural Resource Law Sections), and American (Tort and Insurance Practice, Natural Resources, and Energy and Environment Committees) Bar Associations. Mr. Stevenson is admitted to practice law in Iowa and Illinois and practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, and personal injury.

When not practicing law, he coaches Little League Baseball, Pop Warner Football, and basketball for the Dubuque Boys/Girls Club. Todd serves on the boards of several local non-profit organizations.
