Joseph P. Kane was born and raised in Dubuque, Iowa. He is a 2000 graduate of Wahlert High School. In 2004, he earned a B.A. from the University of Iowa, where he majored in English and Spanish.

Mr. Kane attended the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan and received his juris doctorate in January, 2007. He was admitted to practice law in Iowa in April, 2007, and is primarily interested in the areas of Real Estate, Corporate/Commercial Law, Employment Law, and Civil Litigation.

When not practicing law, Mr. Kane enjoys spending time with his wife, Jill, and their children.
